Glean Up is a workforce first program that employs people who are currently homeless to pick up litter around Midland. This low-barrier panhandling diversion program is designed to help our homeless neighbors overcome obstacles.
Neighbor Care is the heart of The Field's Edge! It is our primary program that encompasses housing at the village and the important work of relationship and community building.
